This consultation is your gateway to the full QuisTheLocBeast experience, where craftsmanship meets customization. We’ll go over everything you need to know before your install, including extension size, length, and color selection. Every set of Loc Extensions is hand-crafted by Marquis using 100% unprocessed human hair, created to blend seamlessly with your natural texture. The hair comes in a natural #2 and can be lifted up to 7 levels for custom color work that fits your look. Clients who choose extensions made by me receive an exclusive 45-day warranty, covering any slipped or pulled-out locs. If anything comes loose within that window, I’ll reinstall it free of charge at your next appointment just be sure to notify me before the 45th day. During your consultation, we’ll also cover home care, maintenance schedules, and how to navigate my booking site to ensure a smooth, stress-free experience from start to finish. Consultations and services must be scheduled on separate days. The latest consultation time is 7:00 PM EST — any bookings that run past 8:00 PM will be canceled. Arrivals more than 5 minutes late without notice will be marked as a no-show. Cancellations require a 24-hour notice. Missed or late-canceled (within 24-hour window) consultations are non-refundable and cannot be applied to future services. Virtual consultations are available for out-of-state clients or those who need flexibility. Please be in a quiet, well-lit space for the call. FaceTime will be used via the number on file.
