One on one consultation to evaluate your hair and the repairs you may need.
Service Description
This consultation is for clients experiencing issues with their current locs — thinning, breakage, unraveling, or damage from improper installs. During this session, we’ll examine your locs and scalp health, identify the best repair or reinforcement method, and create a custom plan to restore strength, structure, and confidence in your crown. Consultations and services must be scheduled on separate days. The latest consultation time is 7:00 PM EST — any bookings that run past 8:00 PM will be canceled. Arrivals more than 5 minutes late without notice will be marked as a no-show. Cancellations require a 24-hour notice. Missed or late-canceled (within 24-hour window) consultations are non-refundable and cannot be applied to future services. Virtual consultations are available for out-of-state clients or those who need flexibility. Please be in a quiet, well-lit space for the call. FaceTime will be used via the number on file.
Cancellation Policy
Deposits are NON-refundable. To cancel please cancel online only. Failure to do so will result in a "NO Show" fee of the full amount of your appointment. Clients are responsible for cancelling their appointments online. If you reschedule an appointment and forget to cancel the previous appointment you are responsible for any late cancellation or no show fees applicable. 15 minutes late to an Appointment and 5 minutes late to a Consultation, with no communication, will lead to your appointment being cancelled.
