Service Description
This consultation is designed for first-time clients looking to join the QuisTheLocBeast experience. Whether you’re new to locs, transitioning from another stylist, or simply ready to elevate your maintenance routine, this session ensures your hair and scalp receive the personalized attention they deserve. During your consultation, we’ll assess your hair’s current condition, discuss your goals, review any concerns, and create a tailored care plan that fits your lifestyle and loc journey. You’ll leave with a clear understanding of what to expect moving forward from recommended services and products to scheduling and long-term maintenance. Consultations and services must be scheduled on separate days. The latest consultation time is 7:00 PM EST — any bookings that run past 8:00 PM will be canceled. Arrivals more than 5 minutes late without notice will be marked as a no-show. Cancellations require a 24-hour notice. Missed or late-canceled (within 24-hour window) consultations are non-refundable and cannot be applied to future services. Virtual consultations are available for out-of-state clients or those who need flexibility. Please be in a quiet, well-lit space for the call. FaceTime will be used via the number on file.
Cancellation Policy
Deposits are NON-refundable. To cancel please cancel online only. Failure to do so will result in a "NO Show" fee of the full amount of your appointment. Clients are responsible for cancelling their appointments online. If you reschedule an appointment and forget to cancel the previous appointment you are responsible for any late cancellation or no show fees applicable. 15 minutes late to an Appointment and 5 minutes late to a Consultation, with no communication, will lead to your appointment being cancelled.
