Starter Locs Consultation
A consultation to evaluate your hair and map out your comb coil starters locs.
Service Description
This consultation is for clients ready to begin their loc journey using the comb coil method, the foundation of a healthy, long-lasting set of locs. During this session, we’ll assess your hair and scalp health, discuss your desired size and parting, and walk through what to expect during the installation and early stages of your locs. We’ll also go over long-term care, product recommendations, and a maintenance plan to keep your locs thriving through every stage of the process. Consultations and services must be scheduled on separate days. The latest consultation time is 7:00 PM EST — any bookings that run past 8:00 PM will be canceled. Arrivals more than 5 minutes late without notice will be marked as a no-show. Cancellations require a 24-hour notice. Missed or late-canceled (within 24-hour window) consultations are non-refundable and cannot be applied to future services. Virtual consultations are available for out-of-state clients or those who need flexibility. Please be in a quiet, well-lit space for the call. FaceTime will be used via the number on the website.
Cancellation Policy
Deposits are NON-refundable. To cancel please cancel online only. Failure to do so will result in a "NO Show" fee of the full amount of your appointment. Clients are responsible for cancelling their appointments online. If you reschedule an appointment and forget to cancel the previous appointment you are responsible for any late cancellation or no show fees applicable. 15 minutes late to an Appointment and 5 minutes late to a Consultation, with no communication, will lead to your appointment being cancelled.
